Immediate- Maintenance Tech (Milford) compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. employment type: full-time job title: Maintenance Tech Owner’s Management Company seeks a full-time experienced maintenance technician (minimum 1 year) with a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry and painting skills. The Successful candidate must be customer service oriented and work/communicate well with others. Due to on-call rotation the candidate must live in the area to be able to respond to emergency situations. This person will be part of the on-site team that can work independently, supports other team members and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
