Young cat needs new home asap

She was a feral kitty and found by a real estate agent in an abandoned home. We've had her about 6 months. My daughter was going to take her to MSU with her and changed her mind. I am renting a house and cats are not in my contract so I have to get rid of her. I'm asking $50 only because included with her is a large cat climbing castle, food, dishes, and all of the other random toys I purchased for her. She's not fixed although I did give her her first set of shots that I got from tractor. Supply. I just want her to go to a nice home. She's good with dogs, never been around other cats. She's not very nice when new people come over but she warms up quickly you just have to ignore her until she acclimates. She definitely prefers men. She's a very pretty cat and her name is Nala, we don't know her exact age but we guess she's less than a year old based on her size when we got her in September.
