local movers helper needed

I need a local person or two to assist me in my moving business. Flexible daytime hours only (we don't work on Sundays or at night). Qualifications are to be physically fit enough to be able to lift one end of a heavy sofa, walk up and down stairs when needed, a car to get to work on time, and a cellphone. If you do end up driving one of my two moving vans, a CDL license is NOT necessary. Knowing how to operate a clutch would be helpful for one of my trucks. I can't gauranttee any steady work until mid May after the students leave town. I have always treated my workers with respect and paid them fair wages. The proof of this is, I manage to keep helpers for years at a time. As for the work itself, every day is somewhat different. We get to meet new people that we help move. And have lunch in different restaurants and towns when there's more than 1/2 a days' work. Very rarely do we venture further than 50 miles from Belchertown.
