Woodstock Farm Sanctuary is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!    Woodstock Farm Sanctuary is a nonprofit that rescues and provides shelter for abused farmed animals. We host thousands of visitors every season at our Sanctuary in High Falls, NY.   Skills and Tasks : • Fencing  • Light construction and repair  • HVAC maintenance  • Operating tractors, backhoes, trucks and trailers   • Barn and coop construction   • Grounds and road maintenance, light landscaping, snow removal • Equipment and vehicle maintenance   • Tree trimming and removal • Plumbing  • Electrical infrastructure maintenance   • Major appliance repair   • Comfort and patience around farmed animals   • Ability to coordinate with coworkers and work well as a team member and also work well independently   Job Parameters: • Competitive pay commensurate with experience  • Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off  • 36-hour work week, some flexibility in schedule • Opportunities for rotation in light on-call duties with additional pay For the right candidate, training in some areas is available.   To Apply: Email resume or work history to Jeff Lydon.
