River Chase Apartments 2280 Keevan Lane, Florissant, MO 63031 What We Offer: - Competitive Compensation up to $23/HR - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid in full upon successful 90 days of employment) - $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (depending on role referred) - $70.00 per week when on call for emergencies on top of regular pay - Monthly and Quarterly maintenance bonus potential! - Amazing medical & dental insurance through Blue Cross at $30/Month for employees Vision, Life and Disability Insurance - Paid Holidays (even more than the standard federal holidays, too) - Paid Time Off, 1st Year: 80 Hours, 2-4 Years: 120 Hours, 5+ Years: 160 Hours - 20% off rent at any of our owned communities - 401k planning and pre-tax contributions - Paid additional training/school and Tuition reimbursement program - Tool reimbursement program and Power tool battery exchange program - Winter boot reimbursement program - Annual reviews with opportunity for performance based raise up to 5% - Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more What We Need: - Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority - Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy - Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs  - Maintaining property grounds - Preventative maintenance - Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas - Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members What You Need: - 1+ years’ experience in maintenance - HVAC Certification preferred - EPA License preferred - CPO Certification strongly preferred - Dry walling including painting and carpentry - Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe - Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures - Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal - Water heater knowledge both electric and gas Monarch is a fast-growing company that fosters a professional attitude and a strong team spirit.
