I am looking for an individual to work for a growing company in New Jersey. This job requires some experience in building trades. We provide facility maintenance services to commercial clients throughout the state of NJ. Our techs drive company vans to our clients stores/facilities and make repairs as needed. These repairs could be anything from replacing ceiling tiles, replacing a faucet, changing a door handle, replacing a door, painting, unclogging a toilet, and much more. As you can expect, this job entails quite a bit of driving. You also must have a smart phone so that you can use our apps to send before and after photos of completed jobs. We are looking to fill this position with someone who is looking to be here long term. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A CLEAN, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED. We cannot add you to our insurance policy if there are issues with your license. You must also have your own hand tools and are expected to have experience in building trades.
