We are an established site construction contractor serving Southwest Ohio since 1996. We are Southwest Ohio's safest contractor with the highest OSHA rating in the area. The Superintendent will possess significant knowledge of the concrete trade and is directly responsible for managing and directing the flow of work, communication with upper management and customers, direct field personnel to complete projects, as well as adhere to all safety standards. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage all concrete work including foundations, curb, sidewalks, finishing, forming, etc. • Must understand basic concrete principles such as mix, curing, cold and hot weather procedures, as well as calculating pours. • Properly codes field delivery tickets and employee timecards • Maintain quality control for work performed by employees and sub-contractors. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 5 years professional experience within the construction and concrete industry. • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project schedule. • Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and periodically climb.
