Lot Manager/Intern Here we grow again~AFYS (All Florida Yacht Sales) is looking for an Intern who can learn the day-to-day operations at our Ruskin location. We run a fast paced environment; so, the person must be in excellent overall condition as there will be plenty of moving of boats and getting on and off of them throughout the day. To start, all you need is a determination to learn & grow in a challenging environment and be able to understand basic instruction, when given. No previous experience is required, as you will be taught the processes and procedures in accordance with our company. **MUST HAVE A TRUCK** Key Responsibilities & Tasks: We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail with a sense of urgency to complete tasks on-time. Here are a few of the requirements: Majority of work will be outside Wide range of responsibilities to Include- General Labor, Grounds work, Cleaning boats Inventory Management Trailer Experience Preferred but not necessary Showing boats and taking part in Surveys & Sea Trials Helping move boats within the area of the dealership Moving boats to the local boat ramps Some lite mechanical knowledge is a plus Highly dependable and trustworthy Team Player is a must Consistent and loyal Honestly and Integrity Requirements & Expectations - Training will be onsite at our boat lot Training in Ruskin, Tampa -Must be able to use a computer, phone & systems for normal operations. · Able to work in the United States · Local resident of Tampa Bay · Must have a cellular device & laptop · Staying connected and easily reachable throughout the day · Naturally quick response time · Availability to work after hours (if necessary) *Closing Statements Once again, the most important thing is your willingness to learn, work hard and trust the guidance from our team.
