Rush, Marillion, Genesis, Fish, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Riverside, Arena, IQ, Spock's Beard, ELP, Big Big Train, Flying Colors, King Crimson, the proggier side of Toto and the lighter side of Dream Theater, late 30's guitarist looking for others who enjoy this stuff, especially other musicians, we could get together and jam or just chill and listen to stuff. have a home studio with amps, drums and recording equipment. looking for some other local prog-heads, my last band was a symphonic neo-prog band out of Austin called Thirteen of Everything. Just moved back north and have lost my prog friends. Not looking for prog metal, just classic and neo-prog. not looking to immediately start up a band (but if things are right I wouldn't be opposed to it) just trying to see whats up here.
