Description

Pretty blue parakeet escaped around 1-31-23 in Fernandina Beach. She was last seen near the library high in a tree. She is very friendly and will step up onto your finger. She escaped once before and lived in the wild for over a week. When she gets really hungry she will fly down and approach someone.
