Lawn Doctor of South Bend is seeking individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. You will treat lawns with top-quality, products, aerate and seed lawns. We specialize in the health of the turf, and we do not perform mowing or clean-up services. He Or She Must Have The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, a valid and clean driver’s license, and a good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. • Good written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions (we rarely work in the rain or below freezing) • Ability to operate machinery • Lift 50# roughly 30-times a day • Enthusiastic about earning potential We offer higher wages, productivity bonuses, sales commissions, and a great employer to work for.
