Description
English Show Mice - Rehoming Colony
These mice are calmer and easier to handle than pet store mice.
These mice are descended from livestock obtained from a past president of the Fancy Mouse Breeders' Association, North America's largest organization of fancy mouse breeders, fanciers, and owners.
No new mice have been added to the colony since 2020. The colony has been healthy even longer.
The colony is fed Mazuri rodent blocks and fresh treats.
On rare occasions in the past when a mouse seemed unduly afraid of people or aggressive to other mice, that animal was removed from the colony and the gene pool.
Although male mice are territorial, mice from this colony are all brothers and cousins who are socially bonded and are able to co-habit.
Blue Tuxedo is the fur pattern on most of these mice. “Blue” refers to their gray-brown color that looks gray-blue when the mice are young adults. “Tuxedo” means they have white bellies.
Rehoming fee is $25 for four mice. You must get at least four. Additional mice are $5 each. You can chose the gender.
