Job description Hide As a Climber, you will be an integral member of a tree care crew with the primary responsibility of tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in performing all tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years climbing/ bucket experience CT Driver's license required /CDL Driver’s License is preferred The ability to climb trees for removal using spikes is required The ability to climb trees for pruning using ropes is required Arborist License an asset EHAP certification an asset Bilingual preferred SKILLS: Strong verbal communication skills Leadership skills Attention to detail Dependability and integrity WORK SCHEDULE: The perspective employee shall work Monday through Friday 7am-5pm Later hours during the week or Saturdays may be requested dependent upon workload BENEFITS/ COMPENSATION: The prospective employee will be compensated based upon experience range is $25 - $35 per hour.
