Join us for a fun Valentine's Day sewing and handicraft class! (Ages 7+) ❤️ In this class, the children will construct a small heart-shaped pillow that has a pocket on the front of it. The pocket can be used to hold treasures, gifts, notes, whatever their hearts desire. In the class they will have both the running stitch and the blanket stitch demonstrated for them and can choose to use either or both on their heart pocket. About the Teacher Heather has always loved playing with wool in all its forms, but came to Waldorf handwork when she started homeschooling her daughter in the Waldorf tradition. She fell so in love with the Waldorf approach to handwork that she trained as a teacher and now seeks to bring the beauty of handwork to all children. In her free time, Heather can be found playing outside with her family in this gorgeous state of ours. --- Please note: All children must be accompanied by an adult during this workshop.
