Be the first one of your clan! Exclusively experience the very first cooking series on wheels. What You Will Learn:Gain some hands-on Thai cooking class making popular dish: AUTHENTIC Pad Thai! Together, we’ll make the sauce from scratch and assembling the deliciously meal at the end using restaurant-quality wok range and real iron wok. The best part? You’ll get to taste each creation and build new memories. What To Expect: It’s a first-hand experience, not only you will have a chance to cook real Thai food, but you also step inside the real food truck and cook by the guidance from experienced Thai chef. Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment. Teddy earned and certified as the Thai Cooking National standard since 2009 with 3+ years running a food truck named My Thai {food truck} in Olympia, Washington and has 7+ years experience in commercial kitchen, plus he’s growing up helping his mother as a cook at her small restaurant back then in Thailand. Classes is 1 and half hours, unless otherwise noted above You will work with other students in groups of 2. Hands-on classes are limited to 2 students, depending on booking. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. If you are taller than 6’ please mention us before since we has a low ceiling interior. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back Students take home a mason jar of sauce to cook. What to bring:You’re welcome to bring your favorite kitchen knife and apron. If you have any food allergic please tell us before the class start. The recipes are developed using common cooking and pass-down that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with your local Cooking School before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes can be made during class.
