Mardi Gras Gumbo Gumbo-yaya! Take a trip to the Bayou as we create this Louisiana staple from scratch. We start with a rich roux, add chicken, sausage and maybe some seafood, spices, rice, just the right mix of veggies and let the magic happen. While the gumbo simmers we will also make fresh skillet cornbread and rice. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
