Attention high school journalism and yearbook students & advisers! J-Day 2023 gives journalism students and their publication advisers the chance to spend a day on the University of Maryland campus . Choose from an array of 45-minute sessions where you can learn new skills with a focus on: - Reporting - Press Law - Videography - Photography - Layout & Design - Social Media Strategy In addition to our seminar sessions, J-Day 2023 also will include: - A student-led panel discussion about what it’s like to study journalism in college - Tours of the Merrill College of Journalism and Capital News Service at Knight Hall - A networking luncheon for advisers (lunch provided) All of this is available to you and your students for just a $10 per person registration fee!​  For more information, contact MDCSPA Treasurer Brian Shane via email: [email protected].
