Event Details: Join UpaDowna for our donation-based Beginners Nordic Skiing Class. Participants can enjoy a 2-hour Nordic Ski class including Day Pass, rental equipment, and 1-hour of guided instruction on the beautiful country club at Woodmoor Nordic located in Monument, CO. This class is open to all ability levels. Minimum age: 12+ Dates & Times: Thurs, 2/23, 8-10AMThurs, 3/23, 5-7PM*Please note- the above dates are dependent upon snow and trail conditions. Due to unpredictable conditions, classes may be cancelled. All participants may receive a full-refund or transfer to a future UpaDowna-hosted class date. Participants will be notified 24-hours in advance if classes are cancelled. Location: Woodmoor Nordic - 18945 Pebble Beach Way, Monument, CO 80132 Meeting Point: Participants should meet Golf-Pro Shop/Rental Equipment Shop, located north of the flagpole. From I-25 northbound, exit at Hwy 105/Monument. Turn right (East) onto 105, and then a left (North) onto Furrow Road, and another left (West) on Woodmoor Dr, and then a final left (South) at the 'Country Club at Woodmoor' sign (just before Shadowood Dr.)OR - from the I-25 exit, take a left (West) on Hwy 105, the next right (North) onto Woodmoor Drive, and then the right (South) immediately after Shadowood Dr. (again, the sign saying 'Country Club at Woodmoor'). As you proceed south on the Country Club entry road, park in the first lot on the left. The golf course/ski trails will be on the opposite side (east) of the entry road. Cost: Donation-based class. Recommended donation - $30. Minimum donation - $20.
