This day is observed also in support of taking action against gender inequality around the world. The world could not run without women and this is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate your appreciation for women, to discover ways to motivate, inspire and empower them, and to learn about current issues affecting women and girls in our community. By participating in IWD 2023, you will be aligning with the current international women’s day movement, which calls on all to Embrace Equity. Forging gender equity is not limited to women solely fighting the good fight, but requires allies, like you, who are incredibly important for the social, economic, cultural, and political advancement of women.
