We dove into some deep conversations last year and we all wanted to keep talking so this year we will be offering 2 full days of conferences on March 3rd & 4th. And a chance to grab a seat on the VIP bus tour on March 5th. DAY ONE- 3/3/23 Curious or just getting started in real estate investing? Day one is for you! You’ll hear from local experts covering topics from lending options, flipping, and BRRRs to house hacking and glamping. There will be Q & A time throughout the day, and ending with a panel. After we conclude you’re invited to meet everyone during a speed networking event that will leave you with lasting connections. Day One will also include drinks throughout the day and a local chef-made on-site lunch. (parking options available starting at $10, the venue is near a KC Streetcar stop) DAY TWO- 3/4/23 If you're ready to level up and leverage your real estate game then you won’t want to miss Day 2. We will dive into topics like why KC is the place to be, multifamily, syndication, and all things commercial. There will be Q & A time throughout the day, and ending with a panel. You are invited to stay after and watch pitch presentations of upcoming local deals. You’ll experience firsthand what the pitch process looks like, and learn about some great opportunities available to you. Day Two will include drinks throughout the day and a local chef-made on-site lunch. (parking will be FREE on Saturday) DAY THREE- 3/5/23 *VIP ticket holders only* We will meet up for coffee where our luxury tour bus will pick us up for a day of learning about how the impacts of KC real estate history on our local neighborhoods. We will also make multiple stops to check out different types of investment properties, and hear from their owners. Day Three will include coffee, lunch, and beverages on the bus.
