During this session, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation through the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, bells, chimes, and tuning forks. The vibrations and sounds created by these instruments can help to release tension and stress, balance the body's energy centers, and promote overall well-being. No prior experience is necessary, simply come with an open mind and a willingness to let go. Dress comfortably and please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow.
