It’s time to step out of the box and expand your creativity with tips and tricks that take your coloring skills up a notch (or three!). Here, you’ll master the latest pro-style application and placement techniques with the sought-after LumiShine line; while learning how to formulate, mix, and apply color for utterly customized looks. Attendees will earn 3 Illinois CEU's upon completion of this course. Arriving late or leaving early will result in forfeiture of all CE hours.
