Come out to enjoy 4 wines from De Maison Selections/Haw River Wine Man chosen by Jason Niec. These will be paired with delicious foods from Chef Erick Crawford(Noble Smoke, 131 Main, currently Chop Chop Red Pot Food Truck). Tickets will be $100 and limited to 40 seats. Pair 1: Lambrusco with mixed green salad, burrata, baby hierloom, shaved/pickled fennel and raspberry vinaigrette. Pair 2: White Burgundy with seared scallop, brown butter heirloom grits, apple chutney and crispy pork belly. Pair 3: Cos Frappato with seared ahi tuna, carolina gold rice, avacado, toasted sesame seeds, ponzu and seaweed salad. Pair 4: Maestro Raro Felsina with lamb chops, mint gremolata, duck fat roasted potatoes, crushed pistachio and sauted broccolini.
