Join us in Whitebird for a trip through Southern France as we experience some of the region's most delicious cuisine, expertly paired with a selection of the regions finest wines. We will be sampling some professionally prepared dishes from Burgundy and the Rhone Valley, and serving them with some of the region's most well-known, and not so well-known, wine offerings. Embark with us as we travel from Champagne to the southern Rhone at Whitebird Restaurant in The Edwin Hotel.
The menu for this event, the first in our 2023 series of themed wine pairing dinners, has been created and prepared by chef Joe Madzia and The Edwin Hotel culinary team. Wines were selected by Director of Food and Beverage Chris Collins.
