A rare public engagement in Brentwood, TN, with a specialized curriculum designed solely for women. Many of the techniques you will learn have only been shared in our seminars with other women. The Vigilance Group almost exclusively provides training workshops for large corporate events, churches and schools. But on Feb. 20, 2023, we are offering our training to the female public. We begin with honest conversation about real world assaults in which women have been physically abducted and murdered in their assumed "safe" community. We cover extensively how and why women are attacked in the U.S., and show you the best techniques to stay safe from harm. We pull everything together in a hands-on, interactive training we've designed to help you overcome fear when reacting to life-threatening situations. — You will learn techniques, tips and best practices for maintaining vigilance against predators at home, work, school, shopping and in other public areas. — You will learn how to maintain a position of strength vs. projecting as a victim. — You will learn how to reduce your risk of random attacks and how to respond if you find yourself in one. — You'll see how blood pressure physically affects body function and you'll practice techniques to remain attentive and strong. — You will learn the one thing you must NEVER do if assaulted by a stranger or someone you know. — You will train with us in actual “fight time” on dummies and safety equipment to practice using force and pain points to fight for your life. This is a two hour course we have designed to help keep you and loved ones safe and help keep you alive. *************** $100 or $80 per person family rate (3 or more) Designed specifically for women and young ladies who are in or near vulnerable situations and environments for work and personal reasons, including late shift workers, solo athletes, and professionals who travel for work.
