Liz Koch is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Mountain Biking Skills Coach, and founder of The Ride Life. She will guide you through movements specifically chosen for women mountain bikers.
Bring a yoga mat and wear clothes comfortable for movement. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Plan to arrive early to get parking (overflow parking across the street) and find a spot for your mat.
This event is open to all trans, femme, non-binary, and cis-gender women.
