Kids: Get crafty with Design Hive, a process-based art and technology studio. This month: Valentine's Wall Hangings. Create a unique wall hanging for Valentine's Day, using blank canvas pennant banners. We'll give you felt pieces, decorative ribbons, and more to make it the stand out piece of your Valentine decorations. It even comes with its own wooden dowel and string, so it's ready to hang as soon as you bring it home. Supplies are limited and participation is first come, first served. One project per person present, please. In order to maintain safe spaces, participation in kids activities will be limited to children and their accompanying parents, guardians, and caregivers. This is a free event with free 2-hour parking validation available upon request from Ivy Station events staff. About Design Hive: Design Hive is a process-based art and technology studio providing a wide range of hands-on STEAM-based classes, camps, parties, and events for people of all ages. Design Hive also provides professional development and curriculum writing services for schools, museums, and other community organizations; as well as, unique and engaging corporate and team building experiences.
