Have you wanted to try in person yoga, but you aren't sure you're ready? Or you've never tried yoga? This hour long class will move slowly and mindfully through basic yoga poses that are the foundation for most yoga classes. You will find variations for many poses. Additionally, you will end the hour in a final relaxation pose with the option of using a chilled, essential oil infused washcloth.
Props for class including yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters are available for use at the studio.
