Cheryl Ruth of Ruth’s Herbal Pharmacy, and Montika Smith of Montika’s Sea Moss, have come together to create Sankofa Health. We are an organization of locally based African American women who are dedicated to educating our community in the way of effective, natural, affordable healing. Sankofa Health would like to cordially invite you to our Health Summit Brunch and Tasting event on March 11th, 2023 from 10am-3pm. It will be held at Jabez Ministries located at 40 Jefferson Ave. York PA, 17401. Guests will experience a live cooking demonstration, a special guest speaker, Sound Therapy Healing Session, herbs and herbal tea sampling, sea moss tasting, nutrition education and brunch. We will also have prizes and health-related vendors present. There are common and serious health conditions that can be improved and even reversed by eating the “healing foods of the Creator”; nutrient dense foods that provide materials for the growth and repair of the body. The result is an improved immune system, brain and overall health. Sankofa Health is dedicated to empowering our community through education, coaching and goal setting. ALL ARE WELCOME!
