Are you a licensed electrician, plumber, hvac tech or appliance repair tech looking to join a new company or maybe you are currently running your own business, but struggling with the cost & management while also struggling to find work? If so, let's talk. My company which currently only does rehabs and maintenance for the 350 - 400 residential properties I manage in Central Ohio is looking to expand and offer these additional services in house and to other property managers/rental owners. So I am searching for a few licensed contractors that would be a good match. The expectation is that you will provide your license, insurance, your skill & your time and I will provide the work, accounts payable/receivable help, scheduling help, company shirts and van (clean driving record and criminal history is a must). Pay will be as a 1099 sub-contractor and rate will be $40 - $45 per hour during normal business hours and $60 - $65 per hour for evening or weekend emergency calls. If you are willing to do other types of general maintenance in addition to the licensed work, I could use that help as well. For general maintenance, we pay $30 per hour. I am in the beginning process of putting this together, but could be up and running within 30 days. So if you have any interest what-so-ever, please get in contact with me.
