Teardown Technicians will be working on disassembling vehicles keeping all fasteners with corresponding components, taking pictures weighting all part and fasteners, and entering data such as weights fasteners and uploading pictures to our internal digital library. Other teardown process will require use of web camera and doing a live teardown with the engineering team on-line for a virtual review. Other responsibilities involve drilling apart and cutting vehicles or parts. Depending on workload, sometimes teardown all day, sometimes photo all day, sometimes data input all day. This Full Time Teardown Technician position based out of Allen Park, MI. and offers AM Day shift plus Overtime as needed. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Teardown Technician position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift plus possible Overtime available. Shift Schedule: • AM Day shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 (Monday - Friday + Overtime as needed) Retirees and veterans are welcome Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, specifically disassembly/tear down • Must have strong computer experience and tech savvy • Must have own tools with rolling toolbox • Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge • Must have good organizational skills • Must have good attention to detail • Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures • Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn • Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends Preferred Skills: • Ford experience • State/ASE certifications • Prototype build technician / mechanic experience Benefits: • Unlimited Overtime When Available • No Certification Required • Veteran Friendly Employer • We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after your 60 days with Performance Driven Workforce • Work With Latest Automotive Technology Performance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer Easy Application Process!
