Cleaning professional or team needed for successful short term rental property in Ohio City. The single family home is 1000 sq feet, two stories, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Number of hours will vary based on number of turnovers needed. We are typically booked every weekend and sometimes during the week as well, so you would likely have 1-2 turnovers per week, with a Sunday turnover needed almost every week. Pay is $20/hr.
We are looking to grow our business and hope to have at least one additional property by the end of 2023. We'd like to develop a relationship with someone who is interested in growing with us!
Requirements:
1. Must be available to clean property between the hours of 11am-3pm on any day of the week as needed.
2. Must be efficient and able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
3. Must have great attention to detail and be willing to follow very specific directions regarding staging the house for our guests.
