Well established established apartment community is seeking an experienced, qualified, hard working maintenance technician. Multi-family housing background a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to HVAC, basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, swimming pool maintenance, grounds keeping, and emergency on call roatation.
Must have a valid drivers license, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must have reliable transportation and their own tools.
