Hello, We have a small condo building in Bedstuy that has experienced a series of leaks in the roof due to a poorly designed guardrail. Our roofer will patch the holes from the existing guard rail, but we need someone to build us either a new guardrail that wont leak, or a wood deck or planter that can sit on the roof and have a guardrail incorporated into the design.
