What you will be doing: As a property preservation vendor you will be performing the below job. • Winterization • Sales clean • Debris Removal • Initial secure – lock change, lock box installation • Lawn maintenance • Fence repair • Snow removal • Trimming – shrubs, vines, trees and other misc. repair What we expect from you: • Well rounded experience in property preservation • Outstanding communication skills. • Must have your own equipment (such as lawn equipment, generator, air compressor & winterization equipment), transportation (such as trailer & trucks), HUD coded locksets, Lockboxes and tools to perform work. • Smartphone with a data plan • General Liability Insurance • Valid Driver’s License • Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number - if you do not have one, we can assist you obtaining one. Benefits • Weekly pay on approved work orders • Bonus on successful completion of work orders in a timely fashion. • We do not take any percentage from your payment. Once you provided a bid to address any damages and it gets approved by the client, you will get the whole amount paid. Most of the companies take cuts from vendors payment, we don't do that which is why we mentioned that as a benefit.
