Weatherization Tech / Insulation Installer Position Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an Insulation Installer Technician. Be part of a dedicated team of home energy specialists! This position is responsible for sealing air leaks and the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of homes. Advancement opportunities for qualified candidates. Athletic people with good balance tend do best in this job. Benefits for Full Time Employees: $25-$32/hr, depending on experience and work ethic. Opportunities for raises if you are a fast and thorough worker, dependable and punctual. 6 Paid holidays and 6 days paid time off to start, with more earned the longer you stay. We pay half of health and dental insurance after a trial period. Full health and dental after one year. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid Colorado drivers license. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team. Must be available to work Mondays through Fridays. Wear respirator as needed. The work is physically demanding and requires crawling and crouching. Must have good balance, and able to fit through small openings into attic spaces and crawl spaces. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to communicate via 2-way radio between the insulation machine loader and attic installer). Insulation machine is fairly loud, so you need to be able to hear when someone is calling to start or stop the machine via the radio. No tattoos on face.
