We're looking for an APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH with HVAC EXPERIENCE to join our awesome team in Omaha at Park on Center Apartments. This hands on job will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call (once every 3 weeks). Monarch appreciates and VALUES our people! We can't do it without great people like YOU! SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM 40 hours a week (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays) No Weekends, very little on-call 1x every 3 weeks PAY: Up to $23 an hour (full-time) $1500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days employment Full benefit package with bonuses and a 20% rent discount (see all the cool benefits below) BONUSES POTENTIAL: $300 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance) TBD monthly renewal commission share $100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls Combined for a total of $2000+ every year!
