I've been doing the solo singer-songwriter thing for a while, and although I love it I very much miss being able to collaborate with other musicians in writing and performing. I play keys pretty well (not great at reading sheet music but I'm solid with a chord chart) & I spent many years taking voice lessons.
My current songwriting style is sort of a classic rock and soul-inspired piano pop, but I'm very open to playing around with new sounds.
Ideally I'd prefer to keep performing under the same name I've been using, but I'm definitely down to start a new project - especially if we're going to take a collaborative approach to songwriting.
