The Heights Aluminum, Inc. is currently hiring for aluminum gutter installers. No experience is necessary. We will train. Job Requirements: - ability to climb ladders (not afraid of heights). - ability to work outdoors (hours are adjusted in the summer to accommodate Florida summer temperatures) - ability to lift up to 40lbs with assistance. - must have transportation to the main office on work days. - work hours typically begin between 6:30/7:00 am - 3:30 pm. - weekend work available upon request Must Have: - clean driving record. Provided: - healthcare benefits provided after 90 days of employment. - 401K program with employer match up to 3%. - dental, vision, critical care and life insurance available. - paid major holidays (approximately 10 days per year) - 10 days of paid time off after one year of employment. - work tools and company shirts. - payroll is processed every Friday. - average pay is approximately $750-$1200 per week based on experience and 40 hour work week. $300 signing bonus after completion of 90 days of work.
