Low paying jobs are a dime a dozen! We have a REAL opportunity as we look to expand our company. We're a small family owned business with low overhead and a strategy to build the best renovation team in the Indianapolis area. Our goal is low overhead in order to pass those expenses to our workers.
PAY: This isn't your everyday 9-5. This is pay per project! You'll be given a percentage (25-50% of the labor after probationary period) on every job you work. If you're good, then you're earning potential is endless. If you're looking to coast and not work hard, only person that loses is YOU.
Qualifications:
-Ability to use basic hand and power tools
-Be on time ready to work
-Own a basic set of hand tools used for construction
-Transportation
-Ability to work longer hours as needed to complete projects quickly
-Proof of work history and references
