Real estate company is looking for a person with masonry and design skills to create a beautiful circular driveway at a commercial building in Fairborn over the summer. The circular driveway will be approximately 24 feet wide and 200 feet long. The whole project is estimated to take five (5) weeks: including preparing the area, clearing the vegetation, making sure the gravel is straight and appropriately flattened for drainage, tamping down the surface, and laying the stone. The project will pay 30% above established hourly wage, unless the design and the stone laying will possibly take substantially more time, in which case this will increase the fee. The project must begin on or by May 8th, and needs to be completed on or by June 15th. There is other work that needs to be done that could be done during the week, including internal and external painting, floor surface preparation and luxury vinyl tile laying, minor carpentry, etc. However, the internal work must be done during the weekends or evenings. The work on the exterior painting and the driveway could be done during business hours or weekends. Driveway project may require references and sample pictures.
