Need affordable handyman to repair soffit

Need help with soffit repair around my house. Pieces keep falling off. I am a single mom and don't have a ton of cash so I need a good deal from a handy guy. I have a ladder here and a long piece of soffit but I am not sure how to cut it or put it up. Also a few other minor repairs. Can some handy guy come help me out for a few hrs for $50?
