NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 11, Raymond Voss, of Norwich, purchased a Double It! ticket from the Norwich Stop & Shop and won $20,000.
