HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 12,735 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 195 deaths. The state has 309,686 confirmed cases and 6,129 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 28,731 people have been hospitalized to date.
