Looking for independent contractor with mobile home rennovation experience. Have a heavy mobile home remodel including but not limited to: Roofing Siding Interior drywall repair Subfloor repair Painting Laying floor coverings Replacing windows Trim work Job goes by bid. Must be able to write scope of work,give supply list, bid labor. Looking for someone to start immediatley. Please send photos of completed work. Weekly draws Must have own tools, must be able to pick up supplies, transportation, work ethic, 3 years experience. Hoping to have project done in 2 weeks start to finish. If all goes well and you are willing to do some traveling I can keep you busy for 4 years. Will not tolerate the following: Excuses on why you can't make it to work, low quality or inexperienced work, bad attitude. Willing to purchase supplies needed but rather not. Bids need to be completed no later than 24 hours of viewing project. Payment can be paypal or cash app.
