Pitbull/Rottweiler for rehoming

I have a 3 year old Pitbull with some Rottweiler in him. -unaltered -great with both men and woman. Looking for a male to take him if possible. He listened better to men. -territorial in a home, so no other dogs in the house would be perfect -will get along with cats in the home. He just likes to annoy them. Lol. -great dog for a gaurd dog. -crate trained -loves to run outside. So a fenced in yard or country areas would be perfect. -knows quite a few commands. Sit, lay, sit pretty, roll over a little harder but will do for a treat, shake, etc. -fully potty trained. -a little hyper, but calms down after a bit of running. -barks to let you know of he wants anything. Great dog. Just cannot keep him due to landlords insurance changing. There will be a small rehoming fee, so that I know he goes to a good person. But he would make a great dog for someone who only wants one dog around. He’s around 80 pounds. Text the number or email me if interested. No calling please.
