We want you to come work for us as a CARE PROFESSIONAL at Home Instead in Attleboro! We service (17) towns and cities around Attleboro. Light housekeeping / Meal Preparation / Supervision for Safety / Assistance with ADL's /Med Reminders Our senior clients live in the greater Attleboro area. But First Do You Qualify... • You have valid auto insurance. • You will have to pass a background check. • You have a heart for seniors! • You need to be willing to drive to our client’s homes. • You are dependable and hardworking. • You can easily commute to your client (we try and keep you as close to your home as possible). • If you do not have direct experience helping seniors, we have a dedicated TRAINING FACILITY (in Attleboro) and offer PAID TRAINING. If you answered yes to these questions, we want you to join our amazing Care Pro team! Sample Schedules: • Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM • Monday – Friday 10AM- 2PM (parents hours!) • Weekends (Saturday, Sunday both or one) 8AM-5PM • Our clients all have varying schedules, we try and match you to the schedule that fits your life best! As a Home Instead Care Professional, your responsibilities may include... • Light Housekeeping • Errands and Transportation • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living • Showering • Meal Preparation • Companionship and Conversation • Some clients may require experience with Memory Care/Dementia, Gait Belt, Stroke, etc... Wages and Benefits • Choose your own work schedule - during the week, weekends or both - that fits your lifestyle - FT or PT. • Pay ranges from is $15 - $17 per hour depending on your experience. • 401K with a 4% Employer Match. • Paid Sick Time (up to 40 hours per year). Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. • Direct deposit and access to your pay on a daily basis if desired. • Holidays worked paid at time plus one half. • Referral bonuses, no limit on how many referral bonuses you can earn! • Paid orientation/training including Alzheimer's care. • Ongoing training offered after hire, get paid to keep your skills up to date. • Career advancement opportunities. • 24/7 support from an office staff who care about you. You'll actually have time to build a relationship with your client and their family as you work in our client's home. Overnight responsibilities include companionship, supervision for safety, medication reminders, assisting your client in their bedtime routine, and helping with mobility & toileting needs during the night.
