Job requires demo of unit, rebuilding kitchen and bathroom, hanging lights, changing outlets, painting full unit, hanging doors, putting up tub surround, building a small pantry, etc. Every job can be pieced out for a price if there is something you cannot do. Job is 1099. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work mon-fri 9-5. Must have liability insurance.
