The Warehouse Manager will report to Operations Manager. Job Overview The Warehouse Manager will be organizing, maintaining, and executing storage-in and storage-out at All My Sons Moving and Storage Dallas. The position will make sure the branch is fully staffed by recruiting, training, and helping to retain team members. Responsibilities and Duties: Storage Vaults (move, build, repair), warehouse organization. Storage-in and Storage-out using processes in place. Manage DOT Compliance, dispatch, Form and Manner, pre and post trip inspections, log edits, Penske/Ryder app, truck checks. Manage recruiting utilizing JazzHr, Tenstreet, scheduling applicants, application process, interviewing, backgrounds, drugscreens, hiring, onboardings. Training of new team members, and ongoing training current team members, road testing, mover training, driver training, storage training. Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the operations team. Qualifications: Forklift Certification Required (or ability to get one) Be professional on the phone and in person Be DOT Certified or have the ability become DOT certified. Must have a valid unencumbered Driver License. Ability to use basic hand tools.
