Just because a dog is on the loose doesn't mean it's lost. Coax it to your car after chasing it 9 blocks just to take it home (other side of town probably) where you proceed to half assed post dog found signs 42 zipcodes away from the location where you found it. Why can't you folks just keep on drivin.
